About Us

Our company has been working in this specialized niche for over a decade. We’ve built the systems, relationships, and strategies that make this business work at scale, and we know exactly how to avoid the costly mistakes that trip up newcomers. Through our Business Consulting & Advisory Practice, we now train entrepreneurs in the same process we’ve used to recover funds nationwide. This isn’t a theoretical course — it’s a practical, proven system you can follow step by step.

We provide you with comprehensive written training materials, from guides and checklists to scripts and templates, along with live interactive training sessions where you can ask questions, practice your approach, and get feedback directly from experienced professionals. And we don’t stop there.

We offer ongoing advisory support so you’re never left wondering what to do next. Whether you’re facing a unique legal requirement in a specific state or navigating your first large claim, you’ll have someone in your corner.

If you’ve been searching for a business that is both profitable and meaningful, the overages recovery industry is a rare opportunity to have both. The need is real, the market is wide open, and with the right training, you can be up and running in a matter of weeks. We can show you how.

Since 2014 Bob has focused mainly on the Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids. That is where people are owed large amounts of money left over from the foreclosure sale of their property. He finds the work especially meaningful because people who have gone through a devastating foreclosure truly need the money that is being held by the government, yet they rarely know about the money and thus rarely receive it.

Bob’s practice in that area has resulted in millions of dollars being returned to these folks who desperately need the funds.

Bob also trains entrepreneurs in the Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids business. He has put together the leading home study business system and the legal research on how the business works in the various states.
Bob also provides live training and supports a small number of serious Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids business owners.
